The Research and Development Division deals with product innovation and process automation. Two technical labs carry out a daily analysis of the composition of the materials used as well as research aimed at improving both product quality and ecological features. Alpi S.p.A. is always in search of the best, from the fire resistance and behaviour of wood when exposed to light to surface finishings and the possibility to apply new colours and textures. A specialised technical division deals exclusively with the planning and implementation of plant and process automation systems for Alpi Group companies.

ALPICAM GROUP Since 1975 ALPICAM has guaranteed Alpi Group continuity in the supply of raw materials and today represents a leading industry in Cameroon with more than 1,000 employees, most of whom are local workers. Formed by several companies, ALPICAM includes three different processing plants with both industrial and commercial activities and which mainly produce veneer sheets, plywood and sawn boards.
